Provide each child with a small bag, and give the kids five minutes to find as many of the hidden treats as they can. The child who finds the most goodies when the allotted time is up wins the game.
To make the treasure hunt easier for young children, hide the goodies in plain sight. Also, don’t hide things in dangerous places such as cabinets, or on stairs. And double check to ensure all hazardous chemicals are locked away properly.
