» ladyblu - My Ex molested my daughter:

I have spent the last 18 months trying to deal with the fact that my ex-husband molested my daughter and now I have found out that he was given 19 years which was suspened and he is going o the work release center and out on the streets in 6-9 months. My daughter and I are in danger of this man..he has a prison record dating back to 1970, and he had threatened to kill us. We had no rights through out the whole court proceedures, but he did, he hire a private investagetor on the States money to find dirt on us...and got nothing, and now he walks? Where is the justice for the victim? Some one explain to me why my daughter and I had to go into hiding from this man and hes going to walk the streets again?
